Sifaka Ukushisa Music Festival Entertainment was an enjoyable and lovely event. The event was held at Kamqhekeza Community Hall at Naas, Mpumalanga on the 25th of June 2022. The event started at 6pm and ended at 4am.

Tickets for the event were sold at Naas and Tonga Galitos for R50. Alinah Karabo Mswane hosted the event. The venue was very beautiful and the events theme was denim and white.

In the early hours of the evening the event started with a beauty pageant, all the contestant of the pageant looked beautiful and confident. Nadia Mhlutshwa took the title of being Ms.US Entertainment 2022.

Ms. US Entertainment 2022 said, “I have always wanted to be Ms.US Entertainment so I’m really proud of myself and also grateful for this opportunity, I’m so excited for this journey.”

After the pageant, there was an after party. Different local artists were performing, everyone was having fun. Nelsoula Deep opened the after party with a very energetic performance. Attendees were entertained by the performers.

The private kitchen was part of the event, food and drinks were sold there. Everything on the private kitchen menu looked delicious. People were allowed to come with their own drinks at the event.

Makhoba Ramara the founder of the Sifaka Ukushisa Music Festival explained the motive behind the event.

He said that the purpose of the event is to give local artists and the community, young women a platform to show cases their music talent and their modeling skills.

He further added that the event itself allows people to come together and celebrate the work of everyone that comes to stage and entertain them. The event is created to put Nkomazi in the continental map through event and economic growth.

Every artist that was in the lineup performed well, everything was great, every song that was played by DJs hyped the crowd. Everyone had the time of their lives

Fortunate Ngomane was an attendee at the event and she said, “The Sifaka Ukushisa Music Festival is a culture to us people who stay at Naas, every year the event brings different artist and different type of entertainment, I had fun at the event and everything was planned accordingly.”


              

I think the event should include males in the pageant. The beauty pageant should have a Mr. and Ms. and the event should have at least 2 famous artists just to hype people up.  Food and drinks should be sold in various shops and the judges for the pageant should be more professional.

 POLYANDRY Lets discuss the issue of polyandry marriage Polyandry is a form of polygamy in which a woman takes 2 or more husbands at the same time. It seems like in few years to come polyandry marriage will be accepted in South Africa according to the media home affairs department gazetted a new green paper for the marriage act earlier this month. Based on my opinion I think allowing  women to marry  2 or more husbands is open minded and fair. She is a social media entrepreneur who has a YouTube channel that focuses on fitness, motherhood, beauty and fashion, she started her YouTube channel on March 2022 and her YouTube channel has grown to be an entertainment vlog. Bongiwe said she was inspired by a South African famous YouTuber to start a YouTube channel “Vicky Vee Jonas inspired me to start a YouTube channel, every time when browsing on YouTube I would see her videos and seeing her videos made me desire to have my own channel” she use social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to promote videos that she posts on YouTube.
